TENDER NOTICE
Pakistan Sports Board, an autonomous body working under the administrative control of Ministry of Inter-Provincial Coordination, Government of Pakistan invites bids/offers for “EXCLUSIVE SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITY OF QUAID-E-AZAM INTER PROVINCIAL GAMES 2024”.
2. PSB is going to organize Quaid-e-Azam Inter-Provincial Games at national level at Pakistan Sports Complex, Islamabad from 13-19 December, 2024 for seven days. The events would be contested among the teams from Punjab, KPK, Sindh, Balochistan, Gilgit-Baltistan, AJK, & Islamabad Sports Board. Disciplines are Athletics (Male & Female), Badminton (M&F), Boxing (Male), Football (M&F), Hockey (M&F), Judo (M&F), Karate (M&F), Squash (M&F), Swimming (M&F), Table Tennis (M&F), Taekwondo (M&F), Volleyball (M&F), Weightlifting (Male), Kabaddi (M) and Wrestling (Male). Total participants would be approximately 2500.
3. Interested firm (s) registered with income tax, sales tax authorities and active on taxpayer lists, may submit their bids/offers along-with required bid money on the basis of single stage single envelope procedures on PPRA e-Procurement EPADS System up-to 1200 hours on 12th November, 2024.
4. Tender Notice can be downloaded from PSB & PPRA Websites (www.sports.gov.pk) (www.ppra.org.pk) till 1200 hours on 12th November, 2024 and detailed tender documents can be downloaded and uploaded from E-Pads at 1200 hrs on 12th November, 2024. The tender will be open on the same day at 1230 hours. Bid must be supported with bid security amounting to Rs.10,00,000/- as shown in the bidding document (Refundable) in the shape of Bank Draft in favor Pakistan Sports Board. The bidder will submit a scanned copy of bid security online on EPADS system alongwith tender documents and original bid security will submit to PSB before the opening of tender otherwise the bid (s) will be declared as non-responsive.
5. The Director General, PSB reserves the right to accept / reject any or all offers wholly or partially as per PPRA rules.
