REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP)

 

The tender published vide PID(I)3059/2021 dated 12-11-2021. The advertisement has been replaced as under:-

 

The PSB is going to establish a world class Bio Mechanical Lab at PSC, Islamabad to conduct various tests requisite for examining the player’s body features, thus improving their health for better performance and competition at all levels for the sports like, Athletic, Football, Hockey, Squash, Cricket, Swimming, Taekwondo, Judo, Karate, Tennis, Table Tennis, Volleyball, Basketball, Wrestling, Weightlifting etc.

 

Therefore, the applications are invited on quality cum cost based selection (QCBS) from well reputed/experienced consultants/firms having registration as Consultant with PEC with upto date renewal for carrying out project “Provision and Installation of Equipment/Machinery for Bio Mechanical Lab at PSC, Islamabad”. The RFP can be purchased from the undersigned office on the payment of fee Rs.2,000/- (in shape of bank draft/pay order) in the favour of Director General, Pakistan Sports Board on any working day during office hours till 01-12-2021. Interested parties are required to furnish their applications alongwith following information:-

 

i) Name, Address, Telephone / Fax, Email address & branches office, if any.
ii) National Tax Number / Proof of firm on ATL
iii) Affidavit to the effect that the firm has not been blacklisted by any government / autonomous agency.
iv) Registration with professional bodies i.e. PEC.
v) List with photocopies of enlistment with any private, semi Government and Government Organizations.
vi) Bidding will be carried out by adopting “Single State Two Envelope” procedure. The proposals complete in all respects, in accordance with the instructions provided in the RFP documents should reach in sealed envelopes on 02-12-2021 till 1330 hours and Technical Proposals shall be opened on the same day at 1430 hours. If bids cannot be opened due to any reasons, then the same will be received and opened on 09-12-2021 at 1330 & 1400 hours respectively. While other terms and conditions will remain the same.

 

 

2.         The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the bids as per PPRA Rules 33.
