TENDER NOTICE
The Pakistan Sports Board, Islamabad invites applications from well-reputed firms having registration as Contractor / Constructors from PEC in Category C-6 or above with up to date renewal for carrying out the project titled “Construction of Staff Residential Flats at PSB Coaching Centre, Karachi (Remaining works)”
A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by any interested bidder on the submission of a written application to the above office and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs.3,000.00 (Rupees three thousand only) in the shape of CDR/Pay Order in favour of Director General, Pakistan Sports Board, Islamabad not later than 29-11-2021. Interested parties are required to furnish their applications along with the following information and documents:-

Name, Address, Telephone / Fax, Email address & branches office, if any.

| ii) |
National Tax Number / Proof of firm on ATL
|
| iii) |
Affidavit to the effect that the firm has not been blacklisted and in litigation with any government / autonomous agency.

| iv) |
Registration with professional bodies i.e. PEC.
|
| v) |
The application must be accompanied with earnest money @ 2% of the total estimated cost in the form of call deposit (Refundable) drawn in the favour of Director General, Pakistan Sports Board, Srinagar Highway, Near Aabpara, Islamabad. The CDR must be prepared from the account of the firm.

| vi) |
In case of a bid/rate quoted by the bidder more than 10% below engineer estimate, the additional bid security shall be sought from the successful bidder only up to the extent of a bid below from 10% in the form of CDR. In such an event, the successful bidder shall be bound to produce the additional bid security within three days from the issuance of letter of acceptance failing which the Client / Procuring Agency shall forfeit the bid security of the successful bidder and may initiate legal action against the bidder.

The bids complete in all respects should reach in sealed envelopes on 30-11-2021 at 1200 hours and the same will be opened on the same day at 1230 hours in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. If bids cannot be opened due to any reasons, then the same will be received and opened on 06-12-2021 at 1200 & 1230 hours respectively. While other terms and conditions will remain the same.

The bidders may obtain further information and Bidding Documents from the Office of the Executive Engineer, Pakistan Sports Board, Jinnah Stadium, Srinagar Highway, Near Aabpara, Islamabad.
The competent authority reserves the right to reject all bids or proposals at any stage, subject to relevant provision bids as per PPRA Rules 33.
