TENDER NOTICE

 

The Pakistan Sports Board, Islamabad invites applications from well reputed firms having registration as Contractor / Constructors from PEC in Category C-6 or above with upto date renewal for carrying out following project:-

A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by an interested bidder on submission of a written application to the above office and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs.1,000.00 (Rupees one thousand only) in shape of demand draft / deposit in favour of Director General, Pakistan Sports Board, Islamabad not later than 29th April, 2021. Interested parties are required to furnish their applications alongwith following information and documents:-

Name, Address, Telephone / Fax, Email address & branches office, if any.

 
  1.  

National Tax Number / Proof of firm on ATL

 
  1.  

Affidavit to the effect that the firm has not been blacklisted and in litigation with any government / autonomous agency.

 
  1.  

Registration with professional bodies i.e. PEC.

 
  1.  

List with photocopies of enlistment with any private, semi Government and Government Organizations.

 
  1.  

The application must be accompanied with earnest money @ 2% of the total estimated cost in the form of call deposit / bank draft (Refundable) drawn in the favour of Director General, Pakistan Sports Board, Kashmir Highway, Near Aabpara, Islamabad

Bid security of 1st, 2nd & 3rd best advantageous bidders will be retained by the Client till approval of bids.

 
  1.  

In case of a bid / rate quoted by the bidder more than 10% below engineer estimate, the additional bid security shall be sought from the successful bidder only up to the extent of bid below in the form of CDR. In such event, the successful bidder shall be bound to produce the additional bid security within three days from the issuance of letter of acceptance failing which the Client / Procuring Agency shall forfeit the bid security of successful bidder and may initiate legal action against the bidder.

The bids complete in all respects, should reach in sealed envelopes on 30th April, 2021 at 1100 hours and the same will be opened on the same day at 1200 hours in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.

Bidders shall submit tender documents duly signed and stamped, in two separate envelopes, clearly marked “ORIGINAL” and “COPY”. If the bidder fails to submit the bid as per instructions to the bidder, his bid may be considered “Non-Advantageous”.

The competent authority reserves the right to reject all bids or proposals at any stage, subject to relevant provision bids as per PPRA Rules 33.
