REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP)
The application are invited on quality cum cost based selection (QCBS) from well-reputed/experienced consultants/firms having registration as Consultant with PEC with upto date renewal to carry out the detailed supervision only for the following projects:-

Providing and installation of Electronic Displays and Scoring System of Different Sports Facilities at PSB Coaching Centres Lahore and Islamabad |
| ii) |
Provision of Missing Facilities for South Asian Games viz. Warm-Up Track, Heat Exchanger, Residential Flats for Coaches, Revamping of Multipurpose Halls, Fencing Wall, 5-A Side Hockey Ground, Futsal Grounds at Pakistan Sports Complex, Islamabad |

Rehabilitation / Up-gradation of Existing Facilities at PSB Coaching Centre at Quetta |
| iv) |
Construction of Swimming Pool at PSB Coaching Centre, Karachi |
2. The RFP documents can be purchased from the undersigned office on the payment of fee Rs.7,000/- for each project in the shape of bank draft/pay order (non-refundable) in the favour of Director General, Pakistan Sports Board on any working day during office hours till 07-10-2022. Interested parties are required to furnish their applications along with the following information:-

National Tax Number / Proof of firm on ATL
|

|
Affidavit to the effect that the firm has not been blacklisted by any government / autonomous agency.

|
Registration with professional bodies i.e. PEC/PCATP etc.

|
|
List of major similar assignments in the each relevant fields viz. Electronics, Civil, Electrical & Mechanical under taken over the past 5-10 years.

|
Names & short CVs of Principal staff.
|
|
|
Bidding will be carried out by adopting “Single Stage Two Envelope” procedure. The proposals complete in all respects, in accordance with the instructions provided in the RFP documents, should reach in sealed envelopes on 10th October, 2022 till 1100 hours and Technical Proposals will be opened on the same day at 1130 hours. If bids cannot be opened due to any reasons, then the same will be received and opened on 13th October, 2022 at 1100 & 1130 hours respectively. While other terms and conditions will remain the same.

3. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the bids as per PPRA Rules 33.
