CORRIGENDUM

 

 

Reference to the Prequalification Notice PID (I) 4944/21 dated 20th January, 2022. The titled of the project shall be read as “Rehabilitation and Upgradation of Existing Facilities at PSC, Islamabad for Preparation / Holding of South Asian Games 2021-2022” instead of “Repair / Renovation Works at Pakistan sports complex, Islamabad”, whereas the other terms and conditions will remain same.

PAKISTAN SPORTS BOARD

PRE-QUALIFICATION NOTICE

 

 

1.          Pakistan Sports Board intends to prequalify contractors for “Repair/Renovation works at Pakistan Sports Complex, Islamabad”. The prequalification documents can be purchased from the undersigned office on the payment of fee Rs.5,000/- (Non-refundable) in shape of bank draft/pay order favouring Director General, Pakistan Sports Board on any working day during office hours till 04-02-2022. The interested Contracting Firms having requisite expertise in repair / renovation works particularly of sports related infrastructure and specialized sports work/equipmentmay furnish their applications alongwith following documents/information for the purchase of prequalification documents:-

 

 

i)

Name, Address, Telephone / Fax, Email address & branches office, if any.
ii)

National Tax Number / Proof of firm on ATL
iii)

Affidavit to the effect that the firm has not been blacklisted and in litigation with any government / autonomous agency.
iv)

Registration with professional bodies i.e. PEC upto date registration.
v)

The application must be accompanied with earnest money @ 2% of the total estimated cost in the form of call deposit (Refundable) drawn in the favour of Director General, Pakistan Sports Board, Srinagar Highway, Near Aabpara, Islamabad. The CDR must be prepared from the account of the firm.
vi)

List with photocopies of enlistment with any private, semi Government and Government Organizations.

 
vii)

Separate applications alongwith separate fee will be submitted clearly mentioning the category in which the firms are applied i.e. civil works &specialized sports works including civil works.

 

 

2.          The complete documents in all respects, in accordance with the instructions provided in the documents should reach in sealed envelopes not later than 07-02-2022 during office hours.
