PRE-QUALIFICATION OF PUBLIC RELATION & MEDIA MARKETING COMPANIES

The Prequalification of Proposals / Presentations are invited from Public Relation & Media Marketing Companies for providing their services of marketing, branding, sponsorship for Pakistan Sports Board regarding sports promotion (Islamabad, Karachi, Lahore, Peshawar and Quetta) for  local, National & International events:-

2.           The PR & Media Marketing Companies are invited to offer their services for pre-qualification with PSB, initially for a prior of one year on the following terms and conditions:-

1. Bank statement / audited accounts for the last three years to establish its financial soundness.

2. The applicant / Companies must be registered with Security & Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) and shall provide National Income Tax Number (NITN) & ATL and undertaking on judicial paper that the Company has not been blacklisted or has no litigation / arbitration / inquiry with any Government, Semi-Government, autonomous Body established or controlled by Government.

3. The applicant must have minimum five (05) years experience of Media Marketing & Sponsorship and must have marketing association / registration with an international recognized body / organization.

4. The applicant / Companies must have experience of at least five mega projects / works (worth minimum Rs. 5 Million each).

5. The applicant / Companies must have portfolio / working experience with national / multinational company / organization and brands.

6. The applicants / Companies will be given preference having International exposure.

3.       The proposal / presentations should be reached this office within 15 days after publication of this advertisement.

4.       The Director General, PSB reserves the right to reject all or any of the proposal at any time prior to the acceptance.
