TENDER NOTICE

                         Pakistan Sports Board, an Autonomous Body Working under the Administrative Control of Ministry of Inter-Provincial Coordination, Government of Pakistan invites Bids/Offers tender for Provision and Installation of Microphones, audio system and customizes the existing conference table in the Committee Room at PSC, Islamabad

2.                 Interested firm (s) registered with income tax, sales tax authorities and active on taxpayer lists, may submit their bids/offers along-with required bid Security money on the basis of single stage one envelope procedures on PPRA e-Procurement EPADS System up-to 1130 hours on 29^th October, 2024.

3.                 The contractors having experience and sound background in the relevant field and can download the tender notice from PSB web site (www.sports.gov.pk) & PPRA’s website (www.ppra.org.pk). The bidders also download & upload the documents containing detailed Tender, Terms and Conditions from EPADS (https://eprocure.gov.pk) till 1100 hours on 29^th October, 2024. Bid must be supported with bid security amounting to Rs.60,000/- (Rupees sixty thousand only) as shown in the bidding document (Refundable) in the shape of Bank Draft in favour of Pakistan Sports Board. The bidder will submit a scanned copy of bid security online on EPADS system and original will submit to PSB before the opening of tender otherwise the bid (s) will be declared as non-responsive. Manual bids should not be entertained.

4.                 The DG, PSB reserves the right to accept / reject any or all offers wholly or partially as per PPRA Rules.
