REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP)

 

 

1.       The applications are invited on quality cum cost based selection (QCBS) from well-reputed / experienced consultants / firms having registration as Consultant with PEC with upto date renewal to carry out the detailed supervision only for the following projects

 

  1.  

Laying of Synthetic Athletic Track/ Football Ground, Sprinkling System and Flood Lights at PSB Coaching Centre, Karachi

  1.  

Rehabilitation / Up-gradation of Existing Facilities at PSB Coaching Centre at Karachi

  1.  

Construction / Rehabilitation / Revamping  Of Roads, Footpaths, Main Gates / Security System & Landscaping at Pakistan Sports Complex, Islamabad

  1.  

Construction of Pavilion at Qilla Kohna Qasim Bagh Stadium, Multan

 

2.       The RFP documents can be purchased from the undersigned office on the payment of fee Rs.5,000/- for each project in the shape of bank draft/pay order (non-refundable) in the favour of Director General, Pakistan Sports Board on any working day during office hours till 17-02-2022. Interested parties are required to furnish their applications along with the following information:-

 

  •  

Name, Address, Telephone / Fax, Email address & branches office, if any.

 

  •  

National Tax Number / Proof of firm on ATL

 

  •  

Affidavit to the effect that the firm has not been blacklisted by any government / autonomous agency.

 

  •  

Registration with professional bodies i.e. PEC/PCATP etc.

 

  •  

Bidding will be carried out by adopting “Single Stage Two Envelope” procedure. The proposals complete in all respects, in accordance with the instructions provided in the RFP documents, should reach in sealed envelopes on 18-02-2022 till 1330 hours and Technical Proposals will be opened on the same day at 1400 hours. If bids cannot be opened due to any reasons, then the same will be received and opened on 21-02-2022 at 1330 & 1400 hours respectively. While other terms and conditions will remain the same.

 

3.       The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the bids as per PPRA Rules 33.
