Corrigendum - Provision and Installation of Equipment for Bio Mechanical Lab at Pakistan Sports Complex, Islamabad

Corrigendum

 

Reference is made to to the tender notice regarding the work “Provision and Installation of Equipment for Bio Mechanical Lab at Pakistan Sports Complex, Islamabad” by Pakistan Sports Board Islamabad appeared in daily newspapers vide Tender Notice No. PID(I)3128/24.

 

Following amendments are hereby made in “Technical Evaluation Criteria” of bidding documents already available and uploaded through EPADS.

 

1. In the criteria head (a-General Experience), the project cost will be considered as basis for assigning marks to the “work of similar nature”.

2. In the criteria head (b- personnel Capabilities), the given marks under experience may be read as “5 marks” instead of “3 marks”.

3. The Financial Criteria under the head (c-Financial Soundness) may be replaced as under:

  • A= Average of two years working capital

c)

Bank statement showing annual turnover for years 2023 and 2024.

  • Full marks, if turnover (A) = 10 million+.
  • For turnover (A) = 3 to 10 Million. Marks = 3 + 4*A/10
  • No marks for statement value (A) less than 5 Million.
  • A= Average of two years bank statement value.

The date for submission of bid has been extended upto 16.12.2024 11:00 A.M and will be opened on the same day at 11:30 A.M. Other terms and conditions will remain the same. This corrigendum may be considered as integral part of the RFP/ bidding documents already uploaded.
