Repair/Renovation works at Pakistan Sports Complex, Islamabad

PRE-QUALIFICATION NOTICE

 

 

            Pakistan Sports Board intends to prequalify contractors for “Repair/Renovation works at Pakistan Sports Complex, Islamabad”. The RFP (Request for Proposal) can be purchased from the undersigned office on the payment of fee Rs.5,000/- (in shape of bank draft/pay order) in the favour of Director General, Pakistan Sports Board on any working day during office hours till 29-11-2021. The interested Contracting Firms having requisite expertise in repair / renovation works particularly of sports related infrastructure may furnish their applications alongwith following documents / information for the purchase of RFP:-

 

i)

Name, Address, Telephone / Fax, Email address & branches office, if any.

 

ii)

National Tax Number / Proof of firm on ATL

 

iii)

Affidavit to the effect that the firm has not been blacklisted by any government / autonomous agency.

 

iv)

Registration with professional bodies i.e. PEC upto date registration.

 

v)

List with photocopies of enlistment with any private, semi Government and Government Organizations.

 

 

2.         The complete documents in all respects, in accordance with the instructions provided in the RFP documents should reach in sealed envelopes not later than 30-11-2021.
