REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP)
The applications are invited on quality cum cost based selection (QCBS) from well-reputed/expereinced consultants/firms having registration as Contractor/Constructors from PEC with upto date renewal to carry out the detailed supervision only for the following projects: -

Rehabilitation / Up-gradation of Existing Facilities at PSB Coaching Centre, Quetta
|
| ii) |
Provision of Missing Facilities for South Asian Games viz. Warm-Up Track, Heat Exchanger, Residential Flats for Coaches, Revamping of Multipurpose Halls, Fencing Wall, 5-A Side Hockey Ground, Futsal Grounds at Pakistan Sports Complex, Islamabad

Providing and installation of Electronic Displays and Scoring System of Different Sports Facilities at PSB Coaching Centres Lahore, Peshawar & Islamabad

2. The RFP documents can be purchased from the undersigned office on the payment of fee Rs.7,000/- for each project in the shape of bank draft/pay order (non-refundable) in the favour of Director General, Pakistan Sports Board on any working day during office hours till 26th August, 2022. Interested parties are required to furnish their applications along with the following information:-

Name, Address, Telephone / Fax, Email address & branches office, if any.

| ii) |
National Tax Number / Proof of firm on ATL
|
| iii) |
Affidavit to the effect that the firm has not been blacklisted by any government / autonomous agency.
|
| iv) |
Registration with professional bodies i.e. PEC/PCATP etc.
|
| v) |
Bidding will be carried out by adopting “Single Stage Two Envelope” procedure. The proposals complete in all respects, in accordance with the instructions provided in the RFP documents, should reach in sealed envelopes on 29-08-2022 till 1430 hours and Technical Proposals will be opened on the same day at 1500 hours. If bids cannot be openeddue to any reasons, then the same will be received and opened on 02-09-2022 at 1430 & 1500 hours respectively. While other terms and conditionswill remain the same.

3. The competent authority reserves the right to reject all bids or proposals at any stage, subject to relevant provision bids as per PPRA Rules 33(1).
