TENDER NOTICE

Pakistan Sports Board invites bids/offers for “Hiring of Security Agencies/Companies” for providing round the clock services of Armed Security Guards at PSB (HQ) Office, Islamabad. Interested security companies having minimum 10 years’ experience of handling such assignment.              

2.            Interested firm (s) registered with income tax, sales tax authorities and active on taxpayer lists, may submit their bids/offers on the basis of single stage two envelope procedures on PPRA e-Procurement EPAD System .In case of any holiday or any disturbance on the opening of tender, the tender will be opened on next working day as per schedule.

3.                     Documents containing detailed Tender Terms and Conditions can be downloaded from PSB’s Website (www.sports.gov.pk) as well as PPRA’s website (www.ppra.org.pk) till 1100 hours on 16^th October, 2024 and will be opened on same day at 1130 hours. Bid must be supported with bid security amounting to Rs.500,000/- (Refundable) as shown in the bidding document in the shape of Bank Draft in favor of Pakistan Sports Board. The bidder will submit a scanned copy of bid security online on EPAD System and original will submit to PSB before the opening of the tender otherwise the bid (s) will be declared as non-responsive. Manual bid shall not be entertained.

4.                     PSB reserves the right to accept / reject any or all offers wholly or partially as per PPRA rules.
