Supply of food commodities to PSB Hostels

TENDER NOTICE

1.             Pakistan Sports Board (PSB) invites sealed tenders from the reputed GST and Income Tax registered firms for supply of food commodities to PSB Hostels, Islamabad for the year  2019-20 on day to day basis.

2.            The interested parties/bidders having experience in supply of food commodities to Government Organizations, Hospitals or Hostels etc. may apply on prescribed tender form of PSB by attaching attested copies of their NTN and GST certificates.

3.            The tender document can be obtained from the office of Director (E&C), PSB by depositing Rs.2,000/- (non-refundable) in the shape of pay order in favour of Pakistan Sports Board during office hours in working days.

4.            Duly completed tender should reach Pakistan Sports Board, Kashmir Highway, Near Aabpara, Islamabad by 1st August, 2019 uptill 1100 hours which will be opened on the same day at 1130 hours in the presence of the bidders.

5.            The Director General, PSB reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders according to PPRA Rules.
