Supply of Heavy-Duty Photocopier Machine

 

PAKISTAN SPORTS BOARD

REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP)

 

 

1.       Pakistan Sports Board invites bids from well-reputed firms of Islamabad / Rawalpindi for the supply of a heavy-duty Photocopier Machine.

 

2.       The terms and conditions for participating in the tender can be obtained from the undersigned on or before 26th August, 2021 during any working day or may be downloaded from the website of PPRA www.ppra.org.pk and Pakistan Sports Board www.sports.gov.pk on the payment of fee Rs.500/- (in shape of bank draft/pay order) in the favour of Director General, Pakistan Sports Board along with application.

 

3.       Interested parties may send their bids in a sealed cover to the undersigned up to 27th August, 2021 by 1530 hours which will be opened on the same day at 1630 hours.

Income tax registration, National Tax, and GST Number.

  •  

Prices must be quoted in Pak Rupees including all taxes.
  •  

Firms are required to give one year warranty (with parts) and after-sale service for two years (Total three years 1+2).

 
  •  

The delivery period shall be two weeks after issuance of the supply order.
  •  

Earnest money in the shape of Pay order/demand drafts equivalent to 2% of the total price of the bid has to be attached with the bids. The pay order/demand draft shall be in favour of Director General, Pakistan Sports Board which will be refunded after satisfactory completion of the warranty period in case of the successful bidder.

 
  •  

An affidavit that the firm has neither been involved in any litigation with any party nor has been blacklisted by any government organization must be attached with the bids.

 

 

4.       The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the bids as per PPRA Rules 33.
