The organizers for booking any facility shall submit written request on their company’s letter head pad to the Director General, Pakistan Sports Board at least a week (working days) prior to the event date. The PSB will respond to the organizer about availability or otherwise after checking the availability.

2.

The organizers shall depute an authorized person to make decision and financial contract on behalf of the company.

3.

The organizers shall submit the request of cancellation in writing at least two working days prior to a confirmed reservation. If cancellation notice is not received at least two working days prior and if the reserved facility has been set up, cost of set up will be charged and 50% of the advance payment will also be withheld.

4.

Director General, Pakistan Sports Board reserves the right to refuse, reschedule and/or cancel any reservation at any time for any reason.

5.

PSB will not take any liability for articles lost, stolen, or misplaced on reserved facility. Necessary precautions shall be taken by the organizer to protect valuables.

6.

Person responsible for the event must have the copy of the reservation in his or her possession during the entire event.

7.

Priority will be given to National Sports Players, Teams and Organizations.

8.

Per Day means use of the allowed facility / venue for maximum 8 hours per day.

9.

The sports facilities will be used in proper and prescribed sports kits / uniform.

10.

Weapons and eatables/drinks are not allowed.

11.

Driving learners are not allowed in the premises of sports complex and speed limit of 40 km per hour will be observed. Parking will be allowed on designated places only at the risk and cost of the individual. PSB shall not be responsible for any loss or damage of the vehicle.

12.

Smoking of any kind is not allowed in the premises of sports complex.

13.

No political, unethical, immoral, sectarian, slogans or showing of such type of banners are allowed in the premises of sports complex.

14.

Convenience and comfort of others must be observed in the sports complex.

15.

Payments must be made in advance against the reservation of any facility.

16.

Booking must be requested at least one week (working days) before the proposed dates of the event.

17.

In case of damage to Property, equipment and loss of items individual / organizers / player shall be made responsible to pay equal amount.

18.

It is highly appreciated and encouraged to maintain discipline and clean sports facilities during and after the sport event.

19.

The organizers shall not use the facilities for any purposes other than that specified on the application by the organizer and approval by the PSB.

20.

The organizers shall not be allowed to sublet the facility.

21.

The organizers/users shall ensure that the facilities and equipment used are left in a clean, tidy and orderly condition at the end of the period of use.

22.

PSB reserves the right to refuse permission/admission to any persons refusing to comply with the regulations or misbehaving in a way that may cause danger or annoyance to other persons.

23.

The organizers shall ensure that they follow the rules and guidance and the regulation for the safety of other members.

24.

The organizers shall arrange NOC from the District Administration / Security Agencies for conduct of any event wherever is applicable.

Ensuring the security of the participants shall be the responsibility of the organizers / user.

26.

Foreigner will arrange NOC from Security Agencies and Foreign Office for Membership purposes.

27.

The organizer shall ensure the carpeting on wooden floors and synthetic tracks before setting up stage or any installations for the safety of the wooden floors and synthetic tracks. In case of any damage, the organizers shall be charged on actual damage basis.

28.

All the players and sports organization shall be responsible to follow and observe all other terms and conditions of respective sports facility in addition to above mentioned general terms and conditions. Outdoor Sports venues will be provided free of cost to the organizations purely dealing with Orphan children. 

29.

DG, PSB is competent authority to decide the matters that not cover in the approved policy.
