The bidding documents can be purchased from the office of undersigned (in shape of bank draft/pay order non-refundable) in the favour of Director General, Pakistan Sports Board, Islamabad on any working day during office hours. Interested parties are required to furnish their applications along with the following information and documents: -

Name, Address, Telephone/Fax, Email address & branches office, if any, National Tax Number/Proof of firm on ATL, Registration with professional bodies i.e. PEC, List with photocopies of enlistment with any private, semi Government, and Government Organizations. |
| ii) |
Affidavit to the effect that the firm has not been blacklisted and in litigation with any government / autonomous agency. |
| iii) |
In case of a bid/rate quoted by the bidder more than 10% below engineer estimate, the additional bid security shall be sought from the successful bidder only up to the extent of a bid below 10% in the form of CDR/Pay Order. In such an event, the successful bidder shall be bound to produce the additional bid security within seven (07) days from the issuance of letter of acceptance failing which the Client / Procuring Agency shall forfeit the bid security of the successful bidder and may initiate legal action against the bidder

The bid must be accompanied with earnest money @ 5% of the total bid cost in the form of call deposit/bank draft (Refundable) drawn in the favour of Director General, Pakistan Sports Board, Islamabad |

The firm should meet the following evaluation criteria:
a) The firm must have completed at least one synthetic hockey turf within the last five years (completion certificate alongwith work order must be attached).
b) The firm must have minimum average working capital of Rs.50.000 million in the last three years (Audit report of QCR Rated Firm of last three years must be attached).
c) The firm should be authorized dealer of manufacturers (dealership letter must be attached). The synthetic hockey turf must be certified / approved from the FIH. The synthetic hockey turf should be from USA and Europe only.
d) The bid must be accompanied with technical details, brochures and literature.
e) Eight years warrantee would also be required after completion of the project.
f) The port of dispatch will be the same where the materials are manufactured alongwith original equipment manufacturer certificate.
Note: The firm should fulfill the above-mentioned criteria otherwise the bid is liable to rejection irrespective of lowest bidder.

The bids complete in all respects, in accordance with the instructions provided in the bidding documents should reach in sealed envelopes. In case, the tenders are not opened/received on 10-05-2022 due to any reasons, then the same will be received and opened on 14-05-2022 at 1100 & 1130 hours respectively. The competent authority reserves the right to reject all bids or proposals at any stage, subject to relevant provision bids as per PPRA Rules 33(1).
