TENDER NOTICE

 

 

Sealed tenders are invited from reputed suppliers/firms registered with Sales Tax Department for supply of stationery, cleaning material and electric items for official use in Pakistan Sports Board Islamabad for the financial year 2020-2021.

 

Tender document containing full detail of the items can be obtained from the Store Section located in Pakistan Sports Board, Srinagar Highway, Near Aabpara, Islamabad during office hours on any working days (Monday to Friday) on payment of Rs.2,500/- (Rupees two thousand five hundred only) (Non- refundable) in the shape of pay order/bank draft in the name of Pakistan Sports Board, Islamabad.

 

TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR TENDER

 

  1. Tender should be accompanied by an earnest money equal to 2% of the bid for each category of stores in the shape of bank Draft/Pay order in favour of Pakistan Sports Board, Islamabad. Samples of all the items mentioned in the tender document must be provided to the purchase committee for approval. Samples which are not approve, the same will be returned. The tenders without earnest money shall not be accepted.
     
  2. Income Tax/Sales Tax shall be deducted as per Government Rules.
     
  3. The firms should be registered with sales Tax/Income Tax Department.
     
  4. The rates quoted by firms should be valid up to 30th June 2021. If any successful firm refused to supply items on the quoted rates, its earnest money will be forfeited and their tender will be treated as canceled.
     
  5. The tender should reach the office of the Store Officer, PSB on  26th January, 2021 up to 1430 hours and will be opened on the same day at 1500 hours in the Committee Room of Pakistan Sports Board, Islamabad in the presence of bidders.
     
  6. The Director General reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Tenders in accordance with PPRA Rules
