1.      Sealed tenders are invited from reputed suppliers/firms registered with Sales Tax Department of supply of stationery items of different categories for official use in Pakistan Sports Board Islamabad for the financial year 2013-2014.

2.      Tender document containing full detail of the items can be obtained from the office of the undersigned located in Pakistan Sports Board, Kashmir Highway, Islamabad during office hours on any working days on (Monday to Friday) payment of Rs.1000/- (Rupees one thousand) only (Non-refundable) in the shape of pay order/bank draft in the name of Director General, Pakistan Sports Board.

Terms & Conditions:


Tender should be accompanied by an earnest money equal to 2% of the bid for each category of stores in the shape of bank Draft/Pay order in favour of Pakistan Sports Board, Islamabad. Sample of all the items mentioned in the tender document must be provided to the purchase committee for approval. Samples which are not approve, the same will be returned. The tenders without earnest money shall not be accepted.


Income Tax/ sales Tax shall be deducted as per Government Rules.


The firm should be registered with sales Tax/Income Tax Department.


The rates quoted by firms should be valid up to 30th June 2014. If any successful firm refused to supply items on the quoted rates, its earnest money will be forfeited and their tender will be treated as cancel.


The tender should reach the office of the store officer on 22-10-2013 up to 1000 hours and will be opened on the same day at 1400 hours in the Committee Room of Pakistan Sports Board, Islamabad in the presence of bidders/their representatives.


The Director General, Pakistan Sports Board reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders as per rules.
