1. Sealed tenders are invited from reputed firms registered with Sales Tax & Income Tax departments for the following categories in connection with Inter-Board Sports Competitions being held from 15th to 22nd February, 2016 at Pakistan Sports Complex, Islamabad:-
a) Transport Facilities
b) Lodging Facilities
c) Tracksuits & Joggers
d) Supply of Medals, Trophies, Souvenirs
e) Opening & Closing Ceremonies
f) Tent Services at the venues
g) Sports Equipment for Competition
2. Each tender document can be obtained during working days on submission of a written application on the letter head pad of the firm on payment of Rs.1,000/- (Non- refundable) through bank draft/pay order in favour of Pakistan Sports Board, Islamabad. The tender will be opened on the same day at 1200 hours in the presence of interested contractors/ bidders. Bid Security @ 2% of the bid value in the form of Bank Draft/Pay Order from scheduled bank shall be submitted alongwith bid.
3. The bids shall be submitted under single stage two envelops procedure containing Technical and Financial proposals in separate sealed envelopes. The bids should reach the undersigned latest by 12th January, 2016 at 1100 hours. Technical proposals will be opened on the same day at 1200 hours in the presence of bidders/their representatives.
4. The Director General reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tender in accordance with PPRA Rules.
